3. Contracting and plans

- Plans are billed monthly and require no long-term commitment.
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan by providing reasonable advance notice.
- Unused hours within a billing month do not roll over to the following month.
4. Payments
Plan fees are paid in advance each month. If a payment is not completed, we may pause our services until the situation is resolved. We will always notify you before doing so.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time without penalty. Services will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for months that have already started.
6. Your collaboration
To perform our work effectively, we require you to provide accurate information and necessary access. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content and data you provide us.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all your business information with strict discretion and only use it to provide our services. You may request a written non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if needed.
8. Our liability
We exercise the utmost care in every task. However, we are not liable for indirect damages or business decisions made based on our work. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of your monthly plan during which the incident occurred.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms to improve or adapt them. If there are significant changes, we will notify you. The current version will always be the one published on this page.
